What is Community Services Job Match?
The COVID-19 pandemic is creating some unprecedented workforce challenges for the Community Services Industry. For some services, the pandemic has created a need for employers to access additional staff, but for others it has impacted client demand resulting in decreased hours for workers.
With funding support from the Queensland Government, the Community Services Industry Alliance has developed a job matching service specifically for Queensland’s community services.
This online platform provides a safe, secure place for workers to build a profile and list their availability so that registered employers can search to find the right people, in the right locations to fill key positions during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
