Doug Taylor has more than twenty years’ experience driving innovation and developing high impact organisational strategies within not for profit organisations and social enterprises.
He is Deputy Executive Director and Director Mission, Communities and Social Impact at Uniting NSW & ACT and holds multiple roles on boards.
His additional current Executive Leadership and Board roles include:

- Community Fellow Western Sydney University.
Doug has a Graduate Certificate in Management, Bachelor of Arts and Honours in Australian History and is a Graduate of the Stanford School of Business Education non–profit Executive Leaders’ Program and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He brings great strategic thinking and leadership to the Community Services Reform Council in raising advocacy for change to complex place-based social and economic problems in high need urban, regional and remote communities across Australia.
