Fay has built her enthusiasm for the Community Services Industry through more than eight years’ experience in a wide variety of regional and remote Australian government and non-government roles.

Currently working to complete her Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Fay also has a BA Honours in Journalism and background in media and communications.

Immediately prior to joining CSIA, she was the Youth Programs Manager for Moreton Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service at the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health.

Her passion lies in helping to contribute to closing the gap for Australia’s First Nations People and promoting equity for all Australians. She has repeatedly demonstrated this in her experience delivering community development initiatives across regional and remote Australia.

Her role at CSIA supports all project teams and business units with logistics and project delivery. She also provides exceptional diary management and administrative assistance to the General Manager, Programs.

Fay is driven to succeed by organisations like CSIA, their partners and their clients that trail blaze across the Community Services Industry, continually challenging others to do better.
