Michelle brings all her successes, leadership, experience and insights as our Workforce Planning Specialist. She wants to see the Community Services Industry deliver long lasting employment solutions that are innovative and beneficial to both employer and employees.  

She has extensive national experiences in strategic workforce planning and development, stakeholder engagement and project management.  

In addition to that, Michelle has extensive experience as an industry skills advocate on vocational education and training (VET) and employment programs.  

She has worked in both private and not-for-profit sector roles across a multitude of industries including aged-care, disability services, health, mining and agriculture. 

 Most recently, she was the National Specialist Coordinator Workforce Planning and Development for the Boosting the Local Care Workforce Program.  

Immediately prior to that, she led the Health and Aged-Care Workforce Services stream of the Health and Community Services Workforce Council. Here she successfully managed the Grow Your Own Workforce project commissioned by Queensland Health.  

Michelle is leading the delivery of the CSIA Job Match project. The aim is to bring together employers and potential candidates in a new and innovative way.
