As the Industry Workforce Advisor for Community Services, Natalie works with the Queensland Government on the Queensland Workforce Strategy. This strategy is designed to strengthen industry employers’ capacity to identify and fill their employment gaps and needs through workforce planning and, more specifically, planning for workforce diversity.

Natalie has over 20 years’ experience across workforce development, Vocational Education and Training (VET) management, program development, service management and service delivery across Community Services.

A serial networker and connector, Natalie contributes to the development of relationships, collaborations and partnerships that have positive impact on the delivery of Community Services.
