Thomas is an experienced grants and tenders writer with an academic background in sociology and psychology.
Since graduation from the University of Queensland, he has specialised in grants, tenders and funding coordination for large not-for-profits (NFPs). He has demonstrated high-level capability in planning for, and accessing, income streams for a variety of NFPs.
For Thomas, it is important for job satisfaction that he is affecting change. To his delight, he is part of a team that spends each day working towards – and generating – positive Industry change at a system level.
Thomas’ role is crucial to CSIA’s ability to develop and implement the programs, projects and initiatives that drive Industry-wide advancement.
Thomas is driven by his role in coordinating and delivering philanthropic proposals, cases for support, case studies, funding applications and supporting collateral that aligns with the CSIA’s business goals.
