She is an experienced Chairperson and has extensive legal experience and expertise particularly in not-for-profit governance and charity law.
Her community service expertise covers health and aged care, affordable housing, indigenous communities, and philanthropic funding mechanisms.
She is also skilled in change management and has extensive business and government networks.
Heather is looking forward to engaging the Community Service Reform Council members in “open and creative discussion to inform new and innovative ways for the Community Services Industry to lead and drive change”.
