Michelle Templin has extensive national and international experience in strategic workforce planning and development, stakeholder engagement, corporate communications and project management. She brings considerable expertise in industry advocacy on vocational education training (VET) training and employment programs, having previously been a member of a national Industry Reference Committee (IRC) and Queensland ministerial skills advisory group. Michelle has worked in workforce planning and development roles in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors, in a range of industries including mining, agriculture, health, aged care and disability services. Most recently, she led the Health and Aged Care Workforce Services stream of the Workforce Council where she managed the Grow Your Own workforce project commissioned by Queensland Health. Through her strengths in stakeholder engagement, Michelle has built a reputation for successfully creating collaborative partnerships to achieve greater workforce outcomes. At CSIA she works on the federally-funded Boosting Local Care Workforce Program, which aims to improve the market readiness of NDIS and aged care service providers.
