The COVID-19 pandemic is changing the way that community organisations deliver services. This has been driven by a community wide response to this health crisis, which has seen us engage in a whole range of social distancing and infection prevention measures.
During this time, we have seen a range of organisations adapt their service delivery in response to pandemic measures, including an increased focus on the use of technology, resulting rapid digitisation.
Now is the time to look at what has worked, what didn’t and what we need to take with us into the recovery phase and beyond.

The session will be led by CSIA CEO Belinda Drew with a panel that includes:
During this session, you will have to opportunity to further explore examples with your colleagues and investigate what worked in the process of adapting services.
Together we can advance the Community Services Industry through doing business better – taking what we have learned from this time of rapid change and build a strong future together.
This event forms part of a three-part series for Industry that explores the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on organisations, services and workforce, and how we can use these learnings to shape an Inclusive Economies agenda for community organisations into the future.
A link will be provided prior to the event for you to join in.
