Through Commissioning for Outcomes we are looking to:
- enhance the ecosystems Industry and Government work in
- redesigning a value chain structured for sustainability
- a better way of managing investment.
Commissioning for Outcomes moves beyond the transactional nature of contract work to an environment.
It creates a better alignment between policy, resource distribution, needs of service users and outcomes.
Commissioning for Outcomes: An Industry-Led Approach Report
This report provides a common language and framework to support changes to investment approaches across community services.
The System Excellence Framework and roadmap in the report provides a guiding process that can be used in all areas of Industry.
What does this mean for Industry and Government?
CSIA has been working with Industry and across the Commonwealth and State Governments around the Commissioning for Outcomes approach. Through these relationships and conversations, we have moved to taking the concept of investment for outcomes into the real world through collaborative projects that co-design an innovative new way of doing business.
