Mental health and wellbeing
As COVID-19 efforts turn towards recovery, it’s important we continue to look out for others who are vulnerable and remember to care for our own mental health and wellbeing.
CSIA has collated useful information and links to mental health supports for community groups and people that may have been impacted.
For the latest government advice on your mental wellbeing in a crisis, visit Queensland Health or download this FACT SHEET – Supporting the mental health of Australians through the Coronavirus pandemic.
