Business Maturity Scorecard
This free online business development tool empowers you to record, measure and track your organisation’s progress across eight business areas and receive advice about opportunities to improve business maturity. The Scorecard is an outcome of one of the five key recommendations from the Laying Foundations for Industry Excellence partnership program with the Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC). Disaster Management and Recovery
In times of disaster and pandemic events, CSIA is an Industry and Government partner for planning, preparedness, management, and recovery. We were the State Government partner during COVID-19 (link to that section) to provide Industry with a single point of contact. Whether you need to develop a business continuity plan, facilitate the session, build a peer-to-peer network, or are looking at scenario planning we have the suite of materials designed by Industry for Industry to support you and your organisation.
Inclusion Ready
Diversity is the most efficient way to encourage innovation in business and Inclusion Ready has all the resources and information your organisation needs to become more inclusive of people with disabilities. CSIA delivered this three-year project to build the social and economic inclusion and participation of people with disabilities in a partnership with the Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors.
Excellence Framework for Child Safe Organisations
The Excellence Framework and supporting tools provide a comprehensive approach for your organisation to achieve excellence in keeping children more than just safe. This resource is an outcome of recommendation four of the Laying Foundations for Industry Excellence program with QFCC.
