The hotline is open Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm. Provide your input, gain answers to some key questions and access a Q&A service of information, resources, tools and referrals.
We have developed a series of tools and resources in response to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
These will support you to accelerate your planning and preparedness at every stage.

Industry planning and preparedness
We have the resources, tools and information to help you prepare for COVID-19, at whatever stage you are in your planning and recovery. As the situation evolves, CSIA will continue to provide you with new planning resources and tools. We can get through this together.

Community Services COVID-19 Taskforce
CSIA, with co-host QCOSS, has convened an Industry Taskforce with representatives from 26 community services organisations from across the state. The aim of the taskforce is to build insights and anticipate issues that would arise in a way that accelerates Industry’s capacity to respond.

Infection Prevention and Management
As the COVID-19 situation evolves, infection control and management, with a focus on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the key focus of community services organisations. Services need to be delivered to service users in a way that keeps everyone safe.
We have a suite of resources developed by Industry, for Industry, to help you accelerate your planning and preparation.

Social Distancing
Social distancing is one of the most effective ways to minimise the spread and impact of COVID-19. We have all the information you need for everyone in your organisation to practice social distancing.

Mental Health and Wellbeing
As COVID-19 efforts turn towards recovery, it’s important we continue to look out for others who are vulnerable and remember to care for our own mental health and wellbeing. CSIA has collated useful information and links to mental health supports for community groups and people that may have been impacted.

CSIA will continue to deliver our program of works and pandemic planning as we continue to advance the Community Services Industry through this evolving situation.

At this stage in planning the Queensland Government has been sharing the following messaging, which should underpin all organisation’s communications:
- If you have been overseas in the last 14 days and are feeling unwell, see a doctor immediately.
- Frequently wash your hands with soap.
- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
- Avoid contact with anyone who is unwell.
- Stay home if you are unwell.
