Community Recovery Resources
Community services organisations are a key part of the fabric of the communities that they serve. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves and we move towards recovery, CSIA is focused on supporting Industry with the tools, resources and information they need.
CSIA is working in partnership with Queensland Government and five regional organisations on the COVID-19 Community Recovery Project. We believe in collaboration across the work we do. The aim of this project is to improve access to information and services to better support Queenslanders through COVID-19 and beyond.
Below we have a suite of resources to support community recovery.
The Community Recovery Resource Guide below is for community services organisations responding to new and emerging cohorts of people requiring support.
The five information guides below can be tailored by community services organisations with local contact information. Download the guides, add your organisation’s information to them and email them to individuals and families requiring support.
The communication pack supports community services organisations in getting the word out to their local community about how to seek help.
The media release template can be tailored for community services organisations to reach out to the media with information about help seeking.
