If you have a client that needs essential food or medication during quarantine phone the Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors Community Recovery Hotline on 1800 173 349 for people who need essential food and medication while in quarantine.

COVID-19 General Information

If you are seeking general information about COVID-19 contact the National Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Queensland Health provides information about COVID-19 on their website. This includes information for Industry.

The COVID-19 Workplace Relations Referral Service has commenced operation on 1300 003 519. The purpose of the line is to answer state-based Industrial Relations enquiries and direct and assist callers to the appropriate government agencies to receive support or advice on COVID-19 measures, whether that is the Fair Work Ombudsman, Fair Work Commission or other government agencies administering Commonwealth or State government support packages. This new line operates alongside the Industrial Relations Infoline on 3406 9999 which deals with enquiries about IR issues in the Queensland jurisdiction (e.g. long service leave, trading hours, child employment, holidays, etc).
