Information Linkages and Capacity Building
CSIA is here to help you, your organisation and your community better understand inclusion and the related Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) grants.
Are you ILC Ready?
Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) grants provide organisations with funding to deliver projects that benefit people with disability, their families and carers.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has moved towards more complex and targeted grants under their new ILC Strategy.
The new ILC grants are expected to bring transformational change for business across all Industries. Don’t miss this opportunity to make inclusion part of your strategy.
CSIA is committed to bringing you the latest information on ILC, and innovative tools to increase your organisation’s capacity to be inclusive.
Theory of Change Resources
Big challenges need goals and action
What is a Theory of Change?
Theory of Change is a way of mapping out what a program, or program of work, aims to achieve. It provides a useful basis for evaluating against outcomes.
Why use a Theory of Change?
A Theory of Change can be used for grant applications to seek funding or to help groups with a plan for a big idea and turning it into action. It should be a useful, public document or picture that is referred to actively and often.

Creating a co-designed Theory of Change
This booklet has been created with the self-advocates and team at Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN) to provide a clear guide for co-designing a Theory of Change, for your project, with people with disabilities.
It was developed by people with disabilities to support building inclusion in their communities.
