Community Services Reform Council
The Community Services Reform Council provides strategic advice, knowledge, insights and recommendations to the CSIA Board to help shape policy.
This is a new way of drawing on thought leadership in Industry and further shaping our approach to leadership, reform and transformation.
The Council provides an opportunity to comprehensively consider complex issues affecting the business of community service delivery. They employ a policy development methodology that provides a systematic and rigorous approach to critical thinking.

This Industry-led paper to change the conversation around Industry’s value was developed through the Community Services Reform Council. The Community Services Value Model provides a framework for us to take the discussion beyond productivity towards social licence.
