The Community Services Reform Council is an Industry Think-Tank made up of 12-15 outstanding academic and Industry leaders from across Australia.
The Council represents a new way of drawing on Industry influencers and thought leadership to advance the Community Services Industry.
Reform Council members bring a profound set of knowledge, strategic excellence and advice to challenge and influence the CSIA Board in shaping policy, approach to Industry leadership, reform and transformation.
Council convenes three times a year at rotating locations throughout Australia around an Industry agenda of emerging issues and opportunities.
The Council ideology provides a collective impact opportunity to comprehensively consider the complexities affecting the business of community services through a cross-sector lens.
In tackling issues for a positive systemic change, Council members employ a policy development methodology and rigorous approach to critical thinking.
CSIA believes that shared insights, collaboration and thought leadership will result in richer outcomes for the way we contribute to how community services do business.
The Community Service Reform Council is accountable to the CSIA Board. There are two standing positions on the Council for CSIA Board members.
