Boosting the Local Care Workforce
CSIA is working with Ernst & Young (EY) to deliver the Boosting the Local Care Workforce program, funded by the Department of Social Services.

Our team is focused on helping you and your organisations to advance through doing business better. We do this by delivering a range of activities to build the capacity of the care and support sector ecosystem. This includes organisations across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), veterans’ affairs and aged care.
We build new relationships and collaborations with organisations across Queensland and Victoria.
We do this by delivering events and making one-to-one connections.
We are a key part of the national plans to build our workforce for the future.
To do this, we are also enabling you through the implementation of the National NDIS Workforce Plan.

We have the resources you need to
- build the capacity of your organisation
- accelerate your planning and preparedness
- attract the right workers
- bring in clients and service users.
