Industry Skills Advisor Program
CSIA has partnered with the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training to shape the future of the vocational education and training system.
CSIA is a platform for driving collective change around a range of issues impacting the future of workforce.
We have deep connections and networks across Industry that reach from the big cities through to our regional, rural and remote colleagues.
It’s from this place that CSIA provides strategic Industry-led advice to the State Government around the implementation of the vocational education and training system for Industry.
The Industry Skills Advisor Program (ISAP):
- delivers Industry intelligence on workforce needs
- supports industry participation in the development of national training products
- helps to ensure quality in training delivery.
We do this through:
- formal advice reports that include Industry consultation
- providing general advice and feedback
- sharing Industry views on key training related topics.
ISAP is another way that CSIA advances the Community Services Industry through doing business better.
Be a part of shaping the future of ISAP
One of the ways organisations can participate in ISAP is by contacting Project Manager, Industry Skills Advisor Program Jamie Brown on 0406 016 566 or email [email protected].
We also invite you to join the CSIA Workforce Innovation Network (WIN). This an important new network that provides a platform for Industry to come together and exchange ideas about the future of our workforce.
Join with other Industry professionals from human resource management, professional development, recruitment, procurement of training services and workforce planning and development areas.

Together we can shape the future of the Community Services Industry workforce.
