Workforce Innovation Network

When it comes to workforce, the community services are experiencing unprecedented change.

To meet the challenges and opportunities this change brings, now is the time to find new ways to recruit, train and retain your best workforce.

CSIA leads the Industry-led Workforce Innovation Network so that together we can talk about the challenges and opportunities for human resources and workforce development.

Your voice will help shape the workforce of the future.

We invite you to join your Industry colleagues for a series of discussions and events. Here you will hear from leaders in human resources and workforce development. Network with Industry colleagues and exchange ideas about what the future workforce might look like.

Through Industry consultation, the Network will also provide a platform for:

  • identifying human resources, training and skills issues across Industry
  • coordinating Industry-level responses to identified needs
  • providing a channel for Industry advice to governments, universities and training providers.

How to be involved

The first step is to sign up here to receive updates about the Network and invitations to related events.

If you work in the following areas your input is invaluable:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Internal Skills/Professional Development
  • Recruitment
  • Procurement of training services
  • Workforce Planning and Development.

As soon as the Network events are ready we will share with you FIRST so you can register for a limited space at this event.

The Workforce Innovation Network is another CSIA initiative to advance Industry by doing business better.

Have questions? Contact Project Manager, Industry Skills Advisor Program Jamie Brown on 0406 016 566 or email [email protected].
