Workforce Development and Training Mapping
Showcase the work you are doing on a creative new platform bringing together workforce development and training programs.
As an Industry we are working in a crowded marketplace and evolving policy landscape. We need to be innovative and strategic in developing new initiatives.
The Human Services Skills Organisation (HSSO) has engaged CSIA to bring together existing workforce development and training programs, as well as new projects.
By mapping the diverse and important programs across Industry, together we can:
- reduce duplication
- target funding better
- be more accessible for stakeholders
- share learnings across our sector.
This mapping project aims to create a useful resource for Industry with a collaboration platform for stakeholders to access and maintain over time.
Don’t miss out on having your important project in the program!
How to be involved
The first step is to fill in details about your project or program in the mapping survey.
Or you can contact Project Manager Andrew Hamilton at [email protected] to arrange a time to chat about what you would like included.
As soon as the mapping stage is completed you will have access to a useful resource for your own workforce planning activities.
What is the Human Services Skills Organisation?
The Human Services Skills Organisation (HSSO) is a national employer-led body addressing the growing and evolving workforce needs of the human services sectors, which protect, promote and respect the safety, wellbeing, participation and choice of older Australians, people with disabilities, veterans and children.
The HSSO is connecting the human services and training sectors to identify and trial new methods to attract workers and ensure they have the skills, attributes and ongoing development opportunities they need to deliver quality service and succeed in their careers.
The HSSO is one of three Skills Organisation Pilots established to deliver a stronger, employer-led skills sector and improvements to the national training system.
The HSSO Pilot is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment through the Delivering Skills for Today and Tomorrow program.
